Passports/Travel Documentation

Passports may be required depending on the event. Your first and last name, including suffixes such as “Sr”, “Jr”, “III”, etc. for men, listed on the reservation must match your passports. If they do not, please let us know ASAP so we can have the names corrected before submitting them to the resort or cruise line.
*Note: It is important to check the expiration date on your passport to confirm that it will still be valid at least six (6) months after your travel dates. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.

Travel Documents (for Hedonism)

For U.S., Canadian and U.K. citizens, a valid passport is the only documentation required. All other international guests may need a visa. Please consult with your travel agent, local Jamaican consulate, or Tourism Board. All guests traveling to Jamaica are now required to fill out the Online Passenger Declaration Form to expedite the Immigration arrival process.

Travel Documents (for Cruises)

We highly recommend guest sail with their valid US Passport book. US Citizens may use your official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID if you do not have a US Passport. BOTH documents must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding. Non-US Citizens will require a passport and the necessary visa for entry into the United States.
**No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.

Airport Transportation

If you require Airport Transfers to and from the resort then you must provide us with your complete flight itinerary including the airport, airline, flight number, date and time along with the Record Locator/Airline Confirmation Number for both your arrival and departure so that we can make transfer arrangements with the resort/transfer company. Please confirm your flight itinerary before sending it to us. Airport transfer fees may apply.
*Note: You must send us your flight itinerary at least 30 days prior to the event if you wish for us to make your airport transfer arrangements.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming trip. There are hundreds of circumstances that could cause you to cancel your trip, return home early or force you to seek emergency medical treatment while traveling. Travel insurance offers you coverage for unforeseen problems such as, an unexpected financial change or scheduling conflict, a cancelled flight or a serious illness.

General Travel Tips:

It is wise for you to call your airline 2 or 3 days before your departure to reconfirm your flight status, departure time, and your contact info so they can reach you in the event of any changes. Airlines often make changes and you need to be aware of that.

Travel with a pen so that you can complete immigration and custom forms.

Print out your travel itinerary and any reservation confirmations to have a hard copy with you.
